| In order to share knowledge, experience and insight on a common platform and enhance the teaching and communication skills, the management of our college in consultation with the Principal has taken a newer initiative for launching a series of In house lectures for the faculties of the college. The initiative is one of the steps/measures being taken by the management towards “Excellence in Education” aimed to be attained in the college and other group institutions over the period of time. Under the initiative, faculties from each and every department/branch will be invited to deliver the lectures, before other faculties, on the topics relevant to their subject /area. Initially, the lectures will be arranged on 2nd Saturday of every month, but this practice will be subject to change according to convenience of college and exigency. This will be a continuous process. For the purpose of conducting above activity smoothly and in a coordinated manner, it is felt desirable to frame and adopt necessary rules.

| Rules for Lecture Series |
- It is the responsibility of the Head of each department to submit the name of the faculty member who wants to voluntarily give presentation into the tech talk within three working days after announcement of the date of next phase of tech talk.
- If volunteer participant is not available then HOD must give the name as per the seniority in the college after the deadline for volunteer participant is over. Head of each department must give the name to within two working days after deadline for volunteer participant is over.
- In counting seniority, Consider Highest qualification to lowest qualification (i.e., PG faculty then PG pursuing then BE).
- If more than one faculty having a same qualification then consider the seniority according to their experience in our college (Check Date of Joining). If Date of Joining is same then consider age to count seniority.
- After finalize the name of the faculty member, head of each department make sure that faculty member submit the topic and presentation material to head of tech talk committee within 15 working days after finalizing the name. PPT presentation compulsory.
- Presentation must be completed within 20 minute to 30 minute including question answer session.
- All faculties must have to actively participate in the all session of tech talk. If they don’t want attend the any session then it is their responsibility to inform their HOD with proper reason. If anybody remains absent without proper reason and without permission of his HOD then strict action will be taken by the management.
